The Design Process

Our design team then refines the concept into a complete design plan with layouts, material selections, finishes, color palettes, and furniture recommendations tailored exclusively to you.

We present 2D conceptual drawings and 3D renderings so you can clearly visualize your cellar before construction begins.

Quotation & Proposal

Once the design is refined, we provide a transparent, detailed quotation. This includes all elements of the project—from construction and finishes to cooling equipment and installation. We review this with you carefully to ensure every detail meets your expectations before moving forward.

Initial Consultation

Every project begins with a free discovery call to understand needs, scope, and to determine fit.

Then we follow up with a personal consultation. We take the time to understand in depth your collection, your lifestyle, and your vision for the space.

This stage includes discussing your preferred design style, the size of your collection, and any special features you’d like to include, such as a tasting area or custom displays. We also evaluate the intended space in your home to ensure it can be transformed into a properly conditioned cellar.

Project Commencement

Upon approval, our team coordinates all aspects of the build. We oversee material sourcing, ensure proper installation of climate-control systems, and manage construction with precision. Throughout the process, we maintain clear communication, providing updates and timelines so you feel confident every step of the way.

Project Completion
